You earn on the sign, you earn every month they stay, and you earn a bonus every 20 signed accounts.

Per referral on a $499/mo account over 24 months: $100 signing + $2,395.20 recurring = $2,495.20. Illustration assumes 24 fully collected monthly payments per eligible account, continued eligibility and the applicable signed agreement. Earnings are not guaranteed. Twenty such accounts = $52,404 including the stated $2,500 milestone.
