Your subscription
PlatePrep Core is $499 USD per month for one restaurant. You authorize the first payment when you complete Stripe checkout and recurring monthly payments until cancellation takes effect. The first billing period begins at checkout. This checkout includes no free trial, annual commitment, or separate setup fee. Additional modules, services, locations, or custom work are not included unless separately agreed.
Onboarding and activation
Our team coordinates onboarding and account activation after payment. Payment does not instantly provision the production application's login or complete onboarding. Confirm the plan's features, limits, and rollout timing with PlatePrep before paying if you have questions.
Price and payment review
Stripe displays the final amount, recurring-payment schedule, and any taxes being collected before you confirm payment. Review those details carefully. Contact our team before paying if you need tax documentation or a different plan. The website form alone does not charge a card.
Manage or cancel
Use the secure Stripe customer portal to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel future renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. You can also request help at chef@plateprep.com or 201-206-8442. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; contact PlatePrep for refund requests. Applicable legal rights are not limited by these terms.
Broker introductions
If a broker introduced you, supply their ID before continuing to checkout and keep the complete checkout link intact. PlatePrep links verified Stripe payment records to the saved inquiry when the signed reference is valid. This records the claimed introduction; it does not automatically approve attribution or broker commissions. Direct clients may leave the broker ID blank.
Data and confirmation
Stripe handles payment-card collection. PlatePrep receives billing identifiers, contact information, payment events, and subscription status needed for onboarding, reconciliation, and referral review. Our billing data notice explains this use. A page visit or redirect alone is not payment confirmation; PlatePrep relies on authenticated Stripe notifications.
